Are they really stupid enough to try it again in Cuba? asked q in response to the post regarding Russia hitting back at America.
From today's news: Russia has reached an agreement with Cuba to reopen a spy base on America's doorstep and has also signed agreements to establish listening stations in Argentina, Brazil and Nicaragua.
I guess at least they had the decency to tell Americans where they will be spying on them from, their own government didn't even do that.
